Hi Armani
Karen's comment to me that nagasagri dristhe is like the zazen meditation downward, eyes slightly closed, was very helpful. I find it easier to follow this dristhe, which is the most commonly used in the practice. Funny picture.

I'm still looking for a cat shot with a proper driste, but I kinda liked the somewhat vacant look on this cat, if even just for a cheap laugh.
